to Orthodox Christian’s for Life – Chicago!

We are a pan-orthodox group of Orthodox Christians who profess the Churches teaching on the sanctity of human life as absolute and as taught from the Apostles, the Church fathers and every true Bishop down to this very moment. We seek to promote all ‘Life’ issues from conception to natural death.

Right now, our website is under going reconstruction and we hope to have new modern site up a running in the next couple weeks.

Thank you for visiting and come back later to revisit!

  1. Hello, XRISTOS ANESTI! I was thrilled to see your website. We are in the central Ohio, Columbus area and have been working to establish an OCLife-greater columbus. With the leadership of Fr. Matthew Moriak of St. Gregory of Nissa, we are in the beginning stages of getting established. I would be very grateful for any guidance and suggestions you could provide. We too are a pan-orthodox group and are excited for the fellowship as well as the focus of Sanctity of life. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!

  2. Hello! I am very interested in getting involved in the developing maternity home in Chicago. I currently work as the program assistant at the Northwest Center, a pregnancy center and maternity home in Washington, D.C., and it is my dream to create an Orthodox-centered maternity home in the Midwest. My tenure in my current position ends in early August.

If there is any way I can be a part of this project, please let me know. I can be reached at 314-369-6220 or by email at maria.tsikalas@gmail.com.

Thank you very much for your time.

    In Christ’s love,
    Maria Tsikalas

  3. Maria,

Sorry I did not see your post beforehand. We are having some issues getting the property locked down and actually opening the facility, so we have not been pursuing house mothers. I will forward your interest to the President of the maternity home board and perhaps things will change in 2015. Stay in touch.
